Abstract


This study aims to explore the contribution of individual career development
and working environment on the performance of the administrative personnel smp country
as Rokan Hilir. The results showed that the positive contribution erdapat between individual
career development with the performance of the administrative personnel, this is indicated
by the value of the variable thitung individual career development amounted to 6.364
greater than ttabel 1.985. 29.2% change in the value of the performance of the
administrative personnel due to individual career development. There is a significant
contribution to the performance of the work environment of the school administrative
staff, this is indicated by tcount for the work environment of 6.292 greater than ttabel
1.985. 28.8% change in the value of the performance of the administrative personnel
caused by the working environment. Depressed individuals career development and work
environment contributes positively to the performance of the school administrative
personnel either in line, or simultaneously / together, as depicted on the regression analysis
of both positive values. Amounted to 32.3% change in the value of the performance of
the administrative personnel due to individual career development and work environment.
