PERLINDUNGAN HAK-HAK TENAGA KERJA INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS DI PROVINSI RIAU)

Abstract

Indonesian’s labour right means part of constitutional right of citizen that protect byconstitution. For that, region parlement and development was made Act Number 39 year2004 about replacement and protected to Indonesian’s labour in abroad. This act wishcan give legal protected to the Indonesian’s labour rights that obtain for along time.Dispute, implementation of this Act not obey as wish as by the people and itimplementation still found many obstruction. For that, each of party available ofgovernment, region government, PJTKI and the user of Indonesian labour in abroadneed to correct the weakness on giving legal protection to indonesian’s labour, so thatthe constitutional rights not suffered.
