General Election is one of the pillars of democracy which serves as a tool ofpolitical recruitment and to facilitate the circulation of political elites. Without therecruitment process and the circulation run periodically and based on the principle ofdirect election, general, free, secret, honest and fair, then democracy will never happen.The selection also has a power control function tends to absolute, if not controlled andupdated. Without an open general election is a chance to absolute corruption in all formsand manifestations.
