Pembangunan Kinerja Sektor Publik melalui Sistem Pembangunan Manusia dalam Lean Manajemen
Abstract
Human factor plays an important role in ensuring the successful of theorganization. One of the main elements is how people in the organizations have theproblem solving capabilities in identifying and eliminating wastages. The purpose of thispaper is to review the challenges faced of the public sector and to find the solution inintegrating and implementing lean concept in their business. Based on a brief conceptthrough the public service, the paper proposed the conceptual framework of peopledevelopment system that can help public sector to enhance employees’ capability inidentifying and eliminating wastages continuously and effectively. In addition, anexploration is need on how performance measurement system carried out and designed topublic service appropriately.
