Abstract

The researchwas motivated by the Program Beras Miskin (Raskin) that cater to the poor. In the implementationof this program by officials dsalurkani villages and rural distribution in the form of data collectionand monitoring. The population is rural and village officials who received rice for poor familiestotaling 100 people. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive technique.Based on these results, it can be concluded that the level of accountability of officials villagesand rural Raskin in delivering assistance to the poor, in the category quite well. It is when seenfrom the indicators that build accountability as an indicator of transparency in the category isquite transparent.
