Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Milik Daerah

Abstract

Thisstudy aims to look at the performance of PT Riau Airlines. The research was carried out usingquantitative descriptive method. Necessary data in this study is the primary data, ie data sourcedfrom respondents include the implementation of good corporate governance to PT Riau Airlineswith reviewing aspects of transparency, accountability & responsibility, responsiveness,independence, and fairness, secondary data taken from PT Riau Airlines. Techniques of datacollection in this study were questionnaires and interviews.The results showed that theimplementation of good corporate governance, of all aspects of giving effect to the implementationof good corporate governance, aspects Accountability have the greatest influence on theimplementation of good corporate governance in PT Riau Airlines. Thus PT Riau Airlines shouldbe able to implement all aspects of good corporate governance if you want to pursue operational.
