PENEGAKAN DISIPLIN DALAM MANAJEMEN KEPEGAWAIAN
Abstract
This study aims to explain the level of discipline of Civil Servants at the Regional
Personnel
Board of Education and Training Riau Province in 2012-2015, describes the mechanism of disciplinary
law discipline Civil Servants Employment Agency Riau Provincial Education and Training 2012-2015
and explain the consistency of disciplinary enforcement Civil Servants to the work culture at the
Riau Provincial Education and Training Personnel Agency 2012-2015. This type of research is
descriptive qualitative, that is trying to understand and interpret the meaning of an interaction
event of human
behavior in certain situations according to the researcher’s own perspective. Referring by using
descriptive qualitative research method, then in analyzing the data that will be collected is not
doing the measurement but rather to interpret, describe / describe the state of subject / object of
research
based on facts that looks or as it is.Based on the results of research can be concluded at level of
discipline of Civil Servants at the Regional Employment Agency Education and Training Riau Province
2012-2015 years, is still sufficient category, The mechanism of disciplinary law discipline Civil
Service
Employment Agency Riau Provincial Education and Training Agency 2012-2015, in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations. The consistency of disciplinary enforcement of civil servants
against the culture of work at the Regional Employment Agency Education and Training Riau Province
2012-
