EFEKTIVITAS PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DESA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectivenessand the factors that influence in village governance in the village of Parit I/II and Lalang DistrictSungai Apit Siak Regency. Research is a quantitative. The population in this study is the apparatusof the village, that village secretary, village staff, RT, RW, and BPD, where the entire populationsampled with a sampling technique saturated. The results showed village governance in thecategory effectively. It can be seen from the construction of the three programs both physical andnon-physical as well as sustainability. Then also can be seen from the aspect of service to thecommunity although there is still a slight problem. Factors that influence the effectiveness ofvillage governance is organizational factors, environmental factors, labor factors, and policyfactors/management.
