IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN KPU TENTANG PEDOMAN PELAKSANAAN PENATAAN BARANG MILIK NEGARA

Abstract

Thisresearch was focused on the factors which affect the implementation of the General ElectionsCommission Regulation No. 29 of 2008 at the General Election Commission (KPU) of Riau Provincein 2012. This research classified into descriptive analysis in which the discussion is directed thefactors that affect the implementation of the regulation. The results showed that the factorsaffecting the implementation of the General Election Commission Regulation No. 29 of 2008 at theGeneral Election Commission of Riau province in 2012 is communication; have done well from thenational election commission, provincial and regencial/municipal, resources, financial resources(budget) and facilities available is not adequate, disposition/attitude; attitude of the executor orimplementor on the bottom level is still lacking support, bureaucratic structures; still do not matchwith SOTK (Organizational Structure and Working Procedure).
