Abstract

This study aimsto determine the implementation of RSBI aimed at improving the quality of education forinternational kejenjang Elementary School 006 West Chart and determine the factors that influencethe implementation of international school pilot program at West Elementary School District 006Chart Bangko Rokan Hilir. This research uses Model W. N Dunn as a model of analysis and thetype of research uses descriptive qualitative method. Based on the evaluation of the implementationof the Pilot program at International School West Elementary School District 006 Chart BangkoRokan Hilir basically not running as it should be as minimal operating costs, low human resources,and the lack of existing infrastructure. This coupled with the lack of guidance and supervision ofthe local government.
