Pembinaan PNS Sebagai Implementasi UU Nomor 43 Tahun 1999

Abstract

The research objectivewas to determine the development of civil servants on election commission as the implementationof Law no. 43 Year 1999 on Human Resources in the General Elections Commission (KPU) RiauProvince. This type of research is descriptive quantitative approach. The population is a civilservant in the Commission Riau Province totaling 35 people. The entire population were sampledusing the census. The research concludes that the formation of the three-dimensional size can beused as the lowest note is the formation of the functional, namely the organization's efforts toimprove the skill or skills than employees in the work and get the job done.
