Analisis Efektivitas Kinerja Penyuluh Lapangan

Abstract

This study aims to analyzethe performance effectiveness Extension Family Planning Field (field officers) National FamilyPlanning Coordinating Board (BKKBN) Pekanbaru. This study used a population sample is alsoan all PLKB in Pekanbaru BPPMKB numbering as many as 35 people. The sampling techniqueused for determining the sample is census. The results show the effectiveness of the performanceof field officers apparently largely determined by the ability of the indicators, the workingenvironment and the efforts made. This is evident from the value of a score of 1607 or 63.64%.
