Analisis Manajemen Pelayanan Publik
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the management ofpublic services on the Integrated Service Agency and the Investment Dumai. The method isquantitative, with the techniques of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Theamount of the respondents are 100 people consisting of 60 respondents Integrated ServicesAgency staff and the Investment Dumai and 40 respondents society as a recipient of the licensingservice. The findings of the study is not quite good enough public service management isimplemented by the Integrated Services and Investment Dumai is located in both categories arenot as many as 41 respondents, both categories were 38 respondents and only 21 respondents inthe category of no good.
