Abstract

Evaluation of Regional Regulation Population Registration Immigrants. This studyaimed to evaluate the implementation of the Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2008 concerningthe registration of migrants in the city of Pekanbaru. This study focuses on the evaluation of theimplementation of the registration of migrants in the city of Pekanbaru. This research is usingdescriptive research eksplansi that describe/explain/clarify related to the evaluation of theimplementation of the Regional Regulation Pekanbaru Number 5 of 2008 regarding the PopulationRegistration in Pekanbaru. The results of the evaluation showed the Regional Regulation Number5 of 2008 regarding the registration in the city of Pekanbaru essentially is running as it should bebecause most migrants stated that the assessment of local regulation in this case relating to theregistration of migrants was good.
