PENINGKATAN LAYANAN PUBLIK MELALUI SMART GOVERNANCE DAN SMART MOBILITY

Abstract


Public Services Through Smart Governance and Smart Mobility. Bandung City as one
of the pilot projects of the smart city program in Indonesia has made various efforts toward smart
city pilot. The main concept of smart city is sensing, understanding and acting that is based on
the use of information technology in government (e-government). This study used a qualitative
approach. Informants consisted of parties Diskominfo Bandung City Government and the sample
of respondents of the Bandung. Data were collected through interviews depth interviews,
observation, and literature. The end result of this research is a public service in the city of
Bandung has increased in quantity and quality after application of smart governance and smart
mobility within the framework of smart city. All efforts to improve public services are controlled
via the Command Center Bandung-based use of ICT. Until now there are about 150 applications
Smart City system in Bandung, which has been conducted online. Starting from the affairs of the
ID card, check licensing services, to monitoring congestion and flooding can be performed
quickly and “real time” because it is connected directly to the Command Center Bandung.
