IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DISIPLIN PNS

Abstract

This study aimed to describe theimplementation of Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010 at the District Office Kampar KamparKiri Hulu regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research model. Results from thisstudy is that the implementation of the regulation do not go up because of the communicationfactor that consists of the transmission, then the resource factor consisting of staff and facilities,and disposition factors or regulatory compliance employees. The study recommends to reinforcepenalties for breaches of discipline or do not comply with regulations, provision of adequateinfrastructures facilities, and adding employee who still lack power.
