Abstract


The aim of this researchis to analyze the influence of loyalty and competence of employees on the performance of publicservices at the office of head of the mine district kampar. Collecting data primary and secondary usesthe method research survey data as one kind of scientific research, especially used to describe andexplain about the condition of a variable variable research good who is influential and variablebeing impressionable. On the basis of the results obtained that the influence exerted by variable X(loyality employees) against variable Y (the performance of public services). Whereby a level of theinfluence exerted by variable x ( loyality employees) against variable Y (the performance of publicservices) located on 0,200 -0,399 which means of the influence exerted by variable X (loyalityemployees) against variable Y (the performance of public service) is small or low.
