Abstract

Research is intended to see how relations of efficacythemselves and stress work both in itself or along with commitment work employees sub-districtoffice mountain toar district kuantan singingi. This research use qualitative approach with methodsresearch survey the data used to mean explanation with sample 45 people. On its implementationdata used technique poll or a questionnaire that spread to every respondents. The result showedlevel commitment employees sub-district office mountain toar currently in good category. Thisshould create a input good in decision making related problems commitment employees. Then tolevel of efficacy self also been in good category which means employees basically can and confidentof ability himself in doing the task.
