KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM MEWUJUDKAN GOOD GOVERNANCE
Abstract
Research purposes this is toanalyze quality of public services in creating good governance in Kantor Camat Sungai BatangKabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau. This research use kind of descriptive with qualitativeanalysis, namely procedure problem-solving surveyed by using means explained the data fromobservation kepustakaan and observation field, then analysis and diinterprestasikan by givingconclusion. Research on quality of public services in realizing good overnance in sub-districtoffice river stems district indragiri hilir riau can be concluded that quality of public services stillruns pretty well. It means the giver service gets provide service quality pelaksanaaannya but stillquite well.
