GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KOMPETENSI, DAN PRESTASI KERJA
Abstract
This study aims to analyzethe influence of leadership style and competence employee job performance against non-medicalpersonnel in General Hospital Bengkalis. The research method is a survey method with a quantitativeapproach. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the selected respondents were 62respondents. Analysis of the data used is linear regression, which was done prior to the test phaseof testing reliability, validity, normality and other tests. The results showed that leadership styleaffects to the job performance. Similarly, employee competence affect employee job performance inemployee. Taken together the same leadership style affects job performance and competence withkoofesien value of determination (R2) of 0.589. This means that 58.9 % of non medical personnelworked performance is influenced by leadership style and competence of the employees.
