EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN ALOKASI DANA NAGARI (ADN)

Abstract

Target of this research is to evaluateand analyze, and identify constraints in policy of Alokasi Dana Nagari (ADN) at Pasaman BaratRegency. The research relies on interviews with informants between researchers deliberatelyresearchers determined according to the needs of the information needed.And then, alsodocumentation study and observation to see and analyze the events in the field. The result whichis obtained from evaluation and analysis policy of ADN shows that policy ADN is quite successful,because this policy is quite effective in empowering society. Besides, policy of ADN is quiteefficient and also policy of ADN is quite capable to solve the problems of poverty, unemploymentand public safety. Furthermore ADN policy is quite responsive (satisfy) the majority of thesociety and the last, the policy of AND is quite enough precisely. While that is an obstacle in thepolicy ADN are: (1) the number of ADN are not proportional, (2) the allotment proportion are notconsistent, (3) activities that are not on target, (4) the disbursement mechanism gradual, and (5)human resources of government officials of lack.
