Abstract

This research aims to know the application of organizational culture and organizational performancewith respect to improvement of the performance of the apparatus in order to optimize the attainmentof the target PAD in the city of Bengkulu. Source data obtained through observation, interviews,and a question form. The respondent as much as 147 people, consisting of 21 people in DPPKA andapparatus 122 people are tax payers who contribute to the income of the PAD. Multiple linearregression analysis method used for quantitative analysis. The regression results indicate theinfluence of organizational culture and organizational performance with respect to improvement ofthe performance of the apparatus in order to optimize the attainment of the target of the PAD with avalue of 0.343 via a standardised beta coefficient summation. Results calculation of the coefficientof determination of total shows that 34.3% of the dependent variable (organizational culture andorganizational performance) affect the independent variable (performance of the apparatus).
