ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM OPERASI PANGAN RIAU MAKMUR

Abstract

The purpose of thisstudy is to investigate the implementation and operation of programs affecting food aktoryang RiauMakmur held in Pelalawan on IP activity 200. This type of research is descriptive. Population asmany as 538 farmers from four districts in implementing program activities Pelalawan IP 200. Set 54farmers from 4 districts using proportional random sampling method. Types of data used are primarydata and data collection techniques by using a questionnaire and data analysis techniques usingdescriptive techniques. Based on the survey results revealed that the implementation of the programof food operations Riau Makmur IP activities conducted on 200 not running as it should, it can beseen from rice production is not in accordance with what is expected so that the farmers did notexperience an increase in outcome crops. In addition, 200 IP implementation issues in order toincrease the growing season, are still experiencing problems, such as can be seen in the disbursementof funds kendalam the program of the government, which the government budgets of liquid in Junewhile the IP 200 activities should be held in February. The conditions for farmers to delay plantingcosts in using IP 200.
