IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMOTONGAN TUNJANGAN PERBAIKAN PENGHASILAN

Abstract

The objectivesin this study are to determine the policy implementation improved income withholding allowancesand analyze factors inhibiting earnings improvement allowance cuts for civil servants in environmentthe Pemerintah Kabupaten Pelalawan. This type of research is a type of survey research, theprimary data source is Pelalawan Bappeda staff numbering 58 people. This sampling technique thatuses census techniques. Data analysis was done descriptively. Based on the survey results revealedthat the implementation of policy improvements income withholding allowances for civil servantsin Bappeda Pelalawan is running as it should be (3.2) which means that the implementation of cutsin income support PNS Bappeda Pelalawan is good and as it should be done after a measuredthrough-dimensional communication, the sources, disposition attitudes, and bureaucratic structures.Inhibiting factor income improvement allowance cuts for civil servants in the government environmentPelalawan are factors that are considered cutting sanctions are not so great and also because of theawareness of the employees are still low lead in the implementation of this policy is not maximized.
