PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KERBERSIHAN, KEINDAHAN DAN KETERTIBAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine people’s behavior and investigate the factors that influence people’sbehavior in the implementation of the Program Cleanliness, Beauty and Order (K3) in the city ofPekanbaru. This type of research is quantitative research. Population is the city of Pekanbaru,amounting to 169 957 households. Samples was determined using the formula Solvin be as manyas 100 families. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative techniques.The result showed that the behavior of the program in the city of Pekanbaru K3 tends to be low(53.8%), this means less people contribute to the K3 program launched by the government ofPekanbaru, still negative behavior towards society K3 program, more due to the lack of publicunderstanding of the program goals K3 itself and the notion that the lack of community involvementin addressing the problem K3. Proved that the awareness factor (p value = 0.002), socialization (pvalue = 0.048) and law enforcement factors (p value = 0.000) are the factors that influence people’sbehavior towards K3 program. Of these three factors in mind that the most dominant factor is afactor of law enforcement.
