IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM WAJIB BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH BERBASIS AGAMA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the implementation ofCompulsory Education Policy Program MDA in Kuantan District Singingi. The research methodused was kuliatitatif that produces descriptive data from key informants with snow ball samplingtechnique through a process of interviews and observation. The results showed that theimplementation of the policy of compulsory education in the District of Kuantan Singingi MDA isrunning as it should, but it still has not been maximized. The main obstacle is the absence ofinstructions found executing a policy and technical guidance program so there is no uniformity inthe implementation of the program.
