PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI LINGKUNGAN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROPINSI RIAU
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze employee work performance in the environment of regional secretariat in Riau Province. The issue taken in this research is; (1) whether partial motivation variable influences employee work performance, (2) whether partial communication variable influences employee work performance, (3) whether simultaneous motivation and communication variable influence employee work performance. Double linear regression analysis was used and the independent variable in this research is motivation and communication, while the independent variable is employee work performance. To identify the influence of independent variable toward simulaneous work performance is used f test and to test the influence independent variable toward partial dependent variable is conducted test t. The sample used in this research is that 83 respondents are gathered with questionnaires, distributed with stratified random sampling method. The data analysis used is double linear regression.
The result of this research shows that motivation and communication influence simultaneously on employee work performance. By partial variable motivation have positive and significant influence on employee work performance. Communications have positive and significant influence partial on employee work performance in the environmental of regional Secretariat in Riau Province.
