Abstract

The government has tried to help society, especially those in Rural in improving the standard of living, the government's efforts so far focused on the agricultural sector. However rapid population growth thus extra effort to meet living needs should support from other sectors. For example, to develop small industries and handicrafts despite to provide employment opportunities, as well as to achieve national development goal so as it would increase household income and society income generally.
