The development of the business today requires a mix of various elements in order tobe efficiency, effectiveness, customer service, competitive prices, comfort and ease as wellas other aspects in order to create ease in carrying out various activities of the companyto achieve customer satisfaction, fair competition and eventually gives rise to acompetitive advantage. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an enterprise informationsystem designed to coordinate all the resources, information, and activities needed tocomplete business processes. No matter how good a system, any sophisticated thetechnology, it couldn’t be denied is the work of human beings which have advantages andweaknesses as well as ERP systems.
