Abstract

The implementation of regional autonomy in government is an attempt to realize theindependence of the region in order to implement various aspects of development. Associatedwith the limited resources development funding, then steps must be taken is to create a businessclimate conducive to investment stimulate activity in other business sectors towards the better.Investment business activities must be supported by all the institutions in such activities in orderto create legal certainty for investment opportunities.
