ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA BERDASARKAN PERATURAN MENTERI DALAM NEGERI N0 113 TAHUN 2014 KABUPATEN BENGKALIS (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN BUKIT BATU)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of village finances in the villages of
BurukBakul and Bukit Batu in Bukit BatuSubdistrict and also to determine the
suitability between the financial management of burukbakulvillage and Bukit Batu
Village to village financial management according to Permendagri. 113 Year 1014
About the Village Financial Management Guidelines covering the process of
planning, implementing, administering, reporting, accountability, supervision and
coaching. This research is descriptive qualitative research by using primary and
secondary data type by using data collecting technique such as observation,
interview, and documentation. Data analysis by collecting, reducing, and presenting
data so that a conclusioncan be drawn. Validity of data were checked by using
triangulation method. The result of this research is the management of village
finance in burukBakulvillage and Bukit Batu villagein Bukit batusubsdistrictand
comparative analysis conducted between the implementation of village financial
management in burukBakulvillage and Bukit Batuvillage with the management of
village finance according to regulation of ministry of home affairs (Permendagri) no.
114 The results of the analysis are then compared with observations, interviews,
and documentation with the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer,
village superviser(BPD) and villagers on village financial management in
burukBakulvillage and Bukit Batu Village. The Results of comparative analysis of
village financial management in burukBakulvillage and Bukit Batu Village to village
financial management according to Permendagri No. 113 In 1014 there is conformity
and non-conformity in its implementation.
